The mysterious world ofOnce Humanis sprawling with creatures called Deviants that can give you special abilities if you capture them. There are multiple kinds of Deviants, each having their own unique ability and can be foundacross various regions on the map.
When you capture a Deviant, you’re able to harness their abilities and use them for your benefit by putting them to work or using them in combat. But, you can find many of the same Deviants multiple times throughout your playthrough. Having too many duplicate Deviants inOnce Humancan quickly be a hassle, so here’s how you can deal with this problem.
What To Do With Extra Deviants?
While you can store multiple copies of Deviants in your inventory, it’s best to keep only the ones withpositive traits. EveryDeviant has a distinct trait, and keeping the ones with negative traits in your territory can adversely affect other Deviants as well.
You should also prioritize, keeping the Deviants withhigher Skill Ratings and Activity Ratings, as they are much more efficient and useful in comparison to their weaker duplicates.
But if your inventory becomes cluttered with duplicate Deviants, there are several ways to manage them efficiently.
Discard Your Deviants
Thefirst and simplest way to deal with extra Deviantsis to discard the ones you don’t need. Discarding a Deviant is quite simple inOnce Human, and you can do it by following these steps:
When you do that, you’ll see adiscarded item spawnoutside containing your duplicate Deviant.
Sell Your Deviants
The next alternative to just discarding your duplicate Deviants is tosell them in Eternaland. The Eternaland is a separate worldinOnce Humandifferent from your main server and allows you to sell unwanted Deviants at the shop in exchange for a currency called Astral Sand.
You can then use this Astral Sand to purchase various items within Eternaland from the shop. You can check out the Shop for Eternaland via theLogistics interfaceor directly bypressing ‘F8’.
Trade Your Deviants
If youplayOnce Humanwith your friends, then rather than selling your Deviants, you may trade with your friendsor even other players. In order to do this, you just have to meet up in-game and discard your Deviant for another player to pick it up.
This is a great way to either help out your teammates by sharing your duplicate Deviants or exchange them forin-game items and resources.
