Following the release ofWorld of Warcraft: The War Within, Blizzard has shared more details about the September 2024 rewards players can earn while completing quests in the new expansion. The upcomingWorld of Warcraftreward slate will focus on items based on both pirates and the Brewfest holiday, including the Plunderlord’s Golden Crocolisk mount that diligent players can snag.
Every month,World of Warcraft’s Trading Post rotates the rewards players can purchase with Trader’s Tenders, with some common items such as cloaks, hoods, and weapon appearances returning a few times a year.World of Warcraftplayers earn Trader’s Tenders by completing tasks in the Traveler’s Log or by purchasing the Heroic or Epic Editions ofThe War Within. Given that the themes of the Trading Post change each month, theAugust 2024 Trading Post inWorld of Warcraftfocused on weapon and armor appearances themed on the Alliance and the Horde factions, including the Kor’kron Warsaber and the Sentinel War Wolf mounts.
The September rotation will feature two unique themes for players to look forward to.According to Blizzard,World of Warcraft’s next Trading Post rotation will focus on pirates and recolored cosmetics based on both the annual Brewfest holiday festivities andthe limited-time Plunderstorm game modethat appeared in March and April 2024. The highest-priced items in this rotation include the Plunderlord’s Radiant Finery ensemble, the Claudius Hermit Crab pet, and a ground-based mount called Keg Leg’s Radiant Crocolisk. Several Plunderlord’s Radiant weapon appearances will also be available, which are golden recolors of the weapons that were available during Plunderstorm. A new Trading Post booth is also now open in Dornogal, in addition to the Stormwind and Orgrimmar tents.

World of Warcraftplayers who earn 1,000 Traveler’s Log points in September can claim the Plunderlord’s Golden Crocolisk ground mount. Midway through September, the annual Brewfest holiday will return, witha boss named Coren Direbrew being introduced. During this time, the Trading Post will have two items themed around the Oktoberfest-inspired event for players to purchase. The Green Brewfest Bulwark shield and the Homebrewer’s Sampling Crest backpiece will cost 300 and 500 Trader’s Tenders, respectively.World of Warcraftplayers looking to complete their holiday ensembles will have those items to add to their shopping lists.
