Despite his extremely fast time, Monkeylol’s world first level 80 victory was anything but decisive.RenownedWorld of Warcraftspeed leveler Shiekrunnerwas mere minutes behind, hitting the level cap at about 4:07 PM PDT, though unlike Monkeylol, Shiekrunner’s method of power leveling involved creative use of an exploit in the Blood Elf Heritage questline to farm a hyperspawn. Other teams were not long after, with a group from hardcoreWoWraider guild Echo getting to max level in about an hour and a half.
