Nicknamed the “Juggerduck” by the Reddit user, this impressive creation functioned as a boat while also having a likeness to a duck. Among the build’s highlights were the eyes, made of Construct Heads and Beam Emitters. Thanks to these Beam Emitters, the duck boat served as a deadly weapon, in addition to being a means of transportation throughout Hyrule. The creator also combined objects to make a golden-looking bill for the bird-like boat.

Unsurprisingly, this latest creation has caught the attention of members of the Hyrule Engineering subreddit. Several comments pointed out the Construct Head laser eyes, while others liked how the Reddit post’s title was supposed to reference theTerminatorseries. In addition, a couple of users were impressed that the boat could also be maneuvered on dry land. According to kmarkow, this was possible thanks to Big Wheels, one of the manyZonai Devices inTears of the Kingdom, placed underneath the mechanical duck.
Creating machines based on animals has been a popular challenge in theTears of the Kingdomcommunity. Over the past few months, kmarkow has built a variety of other impressive contraptions inspired by real-world wildlife. Some examples include a mosquito that could fly and a rabbit that could hop.
DespiteThe Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdomreleasing in September 2024,Tears of the Kingdom’s relevance is going nowhere soon. In fact, as the community continues to check outTears of the Kingdom’s complex physicsand building systems, even more nuanced builds will likely be made. Whether these upcoming creations will be inspired by aquatic wildlife, such as ducks, remains to be seen.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is the sequel to the beloved open-world adventure, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. This installment once again sees Link and Zelda battling to protect Hyrule from falling to Ganondorf. This new adventure takes place in the same land of Hyrule as Breath of the Wild but sees something called the Upheaval, which allows link to travel to Sky Islands, as well as deep into the Depths beneath Hyrule. Players can use special abilities to fuse together weapons, and build items to help them progress through the release.
